Formerly director of business development, Somers will continue to supervise Clean Energy's North America transit, paratransit and student transportation team.
An active member of the transit community, Somers is in his second term on the board of directors of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) and serves as a vice chair of APTA's Clean Propulsion & Support Technology Committee.
