Fluor-HDR Global Design Consultants LLC selected EcoSys to provide Earned Value Management (EVM) software, a key tool for the successful performance management of Denver's Eagle Public-Private Partnership (P3) project.

Fluor-HDR Global Design Consultants, a joint venture of Fluor Enterprises Inc. and HDR, is providing architecture, engineering and consulting services to Denver Transit Partners (DTP) for the project. DTP will design and construct a commuter rail system connecting Denver International Airport to several key locations in the Denver area with an estimated completion date in 2016.

During the 15-month design phase of the project, Fluor-HDR will use EcoSys EPC (Enterprise Planning & Controls) to support the tracking and reporting of the earned value of labor and to serve as a repository for both internal and sub-contractor labor hour data.
