Indiana paratransit provider taps GM

EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Following a year-long search, Mayor Jonathan Weinzapfel named former Indiana District 49 State Sen. Bob Deig as GM of the Metropolitan Evansville Transit System (METS), according to the Evansville Courier & Press.

METS provides transportation on 17 fixed-route areas and paratransit services for people 65 years or older, or for those with documented disability.
