U. of Penn. students not using free transit

PHILADELPHIA — While the University of Pennsylvania’s transit system, which runs Penn Bus East and West and the Penn Shuttle Service, offers its services to students free of charge, many undergraduates seem to be unaware of the services, the Daily Pennsylvanian reports.
