STROUDSBURG, Pa. — Wilkes-Barre, Pa.-based Martz Trailways is making shoulder and lap belts part of all its new bus purchases, the Pocono Record reported, acting ahead of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s proposal requiring seat belts for each passenger in new motorcoaches.
