OTTAWA — City officials published a study calling for the completion of a light rail system by the spring of 2018, a year earlier than originally scheduled, according to the Daily Commercial News and Construction Record.

The report, "Ottawa's Light Rail Transit Project Schedule Acceleration and Procurement Option Selection," also suggested the project use a design-build-maintain model. For the full story, click here.
