SONOMA, Calif. — David Heath, who has served as Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit's (SMART) interim GM, will return to his old position of full-time chief financial officer as the agency readies to sell bonds and go out to bid for construction on its light rail system, according to the Press Democrat.

Heath was hired as SMART's chief financial officer a year ago, but took over as interim GM following the abrupt resignation of Lillian Hames in January. For the full story, click here.
