Wash. bus fleet feels strain of student ridership
As more Washington State University students ride the bus, Pullman Transit has had to use supplemental buses to alleviate congestion and reliability problems.
PULLMAN, Wash. — With ridership at its peak and more Washington State University students using Pullman Transit buses, the service is experiencing overcrowding, which officials believe will get worse in the fall with the start of the new school year, The Daily Evergreen reported.
