LEXINGTON, Ky. — With Cat Tracker, a GPS system designed for the University of Kentucky’s CATS bus system, anyone with a smartphone, iPhone or Android can download an app, known as “transloc,” to find out when the next bus will arrive, a transit official told the kentuckykernel.
