MOSAIC, Pa. — Scranton, Pa.-based Lackawanna County Transit (COLTS) began offering students at the University of Scranton and Marywood University free rides, WNEP reported.

In an effort to make it easier for students to get around on campus, the two universities in Scranton and COLTS reached a deal, allowing the University of Scranton and Marywood University to pay COLTS an annual rate for the free service. For the full story, click here.
