LYNCHBURG, Va. — Liberty University (LU) recently raised concerns over possibly getting shortchanged on its share of federal and state subsidies provided to Greater Lynchburg Transit Co. (GLTC) and asked the transit system to revise its billing formula, newsadvance.com reported. The university also said the system’s charges were rising too quickly.
