The results are in. The MCI J4500 is the industry’s best-selling coach for the seventh straight year, according to MCI, and UMA EXPO attendees are invited to see how MCI’s “Reliability Driven” campaign is making MCI’s 2012 models even better.

MCI’s Booth #1551 will be the company’s UMA EXPO headquarters Feb. 8 through Feb.12 for the latest news in how MCI will be delivering the industry’s safest and most reliable coaches from design to delivery, with a revitalized parts and service structure.

“This year’s UMA EXPO is particularly significant for us,” said Patricia Ziska, MCI vice president of sales and marketing. “We’re very proud of our J4500 milestone, but the biggest news we want to share focuses on our most recent improvements in manufacturing, parts and service. We consider these accomplishments among the biggest in our history, and we’re looking forward to demonstrating our ‘Reliability Driven’ promise in all customer encounters MCI-wide.”

New company, new UMA EXPO experience
Built for enjoyment and one-stop product education, MCI’s Long Beach Convention Center space includes a series of learning stations manned by MCI expert engineers, technicians and sales representatives. The booth features two 2012 MCI J4500 coaches for in-depth display of over 50 model improvements, including enhanced components, upgraded safety features and a new standard seating configuration that offers each passenger more legroom.

UMA EXPO’s show floor also features three MCI pre-owned coaches, including one with a unique celebrity pedigree. MCI's Certified ++ and Select+ pre-owned coach program includes "ready to roll" coaches with service plans, warranties and more.

Learning stations will also cover MCI Service Parts developments. MCI will feature a J4500 demo and LADOT’s new compressed natural gas (CNG) Commuter Coach for test drives, with scheduling available through an MCI sales representative. The CNG model is a must-see for customers investigating alternative fuels. MCI is the only intercity coach manufacturer to offer models in CNG and Hybrid configurations.

Staying true to its green commitment, MCI is also supporting Idle-Free for Our Children, an anti-idling organization associated with the Children's Clean Air Network. The grass-roots group promotes the cost savings and clean-air benefits of idling limits.

6,000 strong
MCI will also celebrate the 6,000th vehicle off the E/J manufacturing line, a specially built J4500 that went to the Shriners of British Columbia and Yukon for their Care Cruiser fleet that provides transportation primarily to children in need of medical services. MCI donated the organization’s trade-in coach to a veterans organization so that it can serve for years to come.

And for fun…
MCI is bringing back its "Roadmap to Win" game, where participants need to get their game card stamped at a variety of MCI information stations and vendor booths to qualify for a prize drawing of one of two Apple iPads, a leather MCI-logo jacket or generous parts credit.

Attendees are encouraged to attend MCI’s special presentation and prize drawing in its booth on Friday, Feb. 10, at 3:00 p.m.
