S.F. Muni expands cameras to nab transit lane violators

SAN FRANCISCO — S.F. Muni plans to equip all 819 of its buses with cameras in an effort to monitor vehicles illegally travelling or parking in the city's transit-only lanes, according to a San Francisco Examiner report. Any car caught on video will be subject to fines of up to $115. An estimated 30 buses are currently equipped with cameras.
