WARSAW, Poland — A train crash in Szczekociny, Poland that killed 16 people and injured more than 50 others has drawn attention to the country’s neglected rail system, the AP reported.

The accident happened just as officials are preparing the system to accommodate the Euro 2012 soccer championship, which Poland and Ukraine will co-host in June. For the full story, click here.
