Hampton Roads revamps look, service

NORFOLK, Va. — Hampton Roads Transit is replacing 120 of its 200 bus shelters, repainting nearly 200 buses, updating signage with NextBus information at all of its 3,500 bus stops and updating its logo, dailypress.com reported.

Additionally, outgoing CEO Philip Shucet told dailypress.com that the agency is working to improve timeliness and all other aspects of bus service and has adopted new performance measurement criteria. For the full story, click here.
