ANAHEIM, Calif. — The California High-Speed Rail Authority confirmed it will drop a link to Anaheim, marking a significant departure for the San Francisco Bay Area-to-Southern California high-speed rail system that state voters approved in 2008, according to the Los Angeles Times.
