CHINA — In an effort to deal with the competition from the country's expanding high-speed rail network, two Chinese airlines are partnering with local railways to sell tickets. Hainan Airlines Co. Ltd. launched a joint operating program with Yuehai Railway Co. Ltd., while China Eastern Airlines Co Ltd will start to sell high-speed rail tickets at the end of this month, according to a ChinaDaily.com report.
