Clever Devices acquires GreyHawk

Clever Devices Ltd. purchased GreyHawk Technologies Inc. of Vancouver, Wash.

GreyHawk designs, develops and implements mobile applications for the transportation industry with specific focus on paratransit, airport shuttle and school bus fleets. Currently, the company has thousands of mobile data computer systems in operation, most of which are installed in paratransit fleets.

"We are excited about the acquisition of GreyHawk. It is a key step forward in our growth plan and adds an important new line of products and services to our transit portfolio,” said Frank Ingrassia, CEO of Clever Devices. “We have partnered with GreyHawk in the past, and we know they have excellent technology and compatible values with ours.”
