BOSTON — Free rides on the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority as a result of crowding on rush-hour trains, conductors too busy to reach every passenger or human error are ending as of July 1, when the agency will retire its 12-ride pass and six-month expiration, replacing it with a 10-ride pass good for 30 days, boston.com reported.
