TORONTO, Ontario — As GO Transit officials prepare for the debut of the commuter rail service's on-time guarantee this fall, one of the challenges they face is not to create more dissatisfaction than the refund is supposed to redress. The system's smart card software will have to be modified to process the refund, and there will have to be a protocol for identifying and serving eligible customers, reported the Toronto Star.
