U. of Nebraska-Lincoln may give bus route to StarTran

LINCOLN, Neb. — The University of Nebraska – Lincoln is considering asking StarTran to take over one of its bus routes as a more cost-effective alternative to replacing its aging fleet, JournalStar.com reported.

A StarTran manager told JournalStar.com that agreement, if approved, includes the cost of buying five new buses, as well as the cost for drivers, fuel and maintenance. For the full story, click here.
