MINNEAPOLIS — Israel’s first commuter light rail, which runs through both Palestinian and Israeli neighborhoods, has been operating for months, with a mixed bag of feedback, Public Radio International reported. In addition to fostering cultural tension, it took a long time to build and the ticket machines don't always work.
