NEW YORK — After receiving several complaints from van drivers, pedestrians and local business owners, the New York Police Department caught four charter buses operated by New Oriental Tour Inc. carrying commuters from downtown Flushing to Chinatown without a license, New York Daily News reported.

The operator was using the coaches to transport commuters for $1, as opposed to $2 to $3 charged by smaller van services, which cannot compete with the price. For the full story, click here.
