Md. senior transportation program adds bus

ANNAPOLIS, Md. — The local Partners In Care chapter’s “Ride Partners Program” recently added a new 12-passenger bus, sponsored by the Anne Arundel Medical Center, according to the Capital Gazette.

With only two part-time staff members, the Ride Partners team relies heavily on volunteers and provided approximately 9,000 trips last year. The fee-based program provides an alternative for those with physical impairments and also offers a “Home to Work” program. For the full story, click here.
