Texas A&M bus ID policy not enforced

COLLEGE STATION, Texas — theeagle.com reported that for months, Texas A&M University Transportation Services posted signs on its off-campus bus routes saying riders need a student or faculty ID from A&M or Blinn College to use the service, but students, bus drivers and Transportation Services officials say the policy is rarely enforced.  

Transportation Services officials told theeagle.com that the signs were intended as a deterrent and that checking every rider’s ID would slow down entry to the buses. For the full story, click here.
