Calif.’s Long Beach Transit unveils CNG buses

LONG BEACH, Calif. — Long Beach Transit (LBT) unveiled a new compressed natural gas station and fleet of CNG buses, Long Beach Press-Telegram reported.

An LBT official told the Press-Telegram that the first fleet of about 64 CNG buses will complement the agency's fleet of hybrid electric-gasoline 40-foot buses and replace its smaller diesel buses. For the full story, click here.
