Driver dead, riders injured in Ariz. tour bus crash

WILLOW BEACH, Ariz. — As a Silver State Trailways coach with 50 passengers was returning from the Grand Canyon on Friday, investigators said the driver suffered a medical episode and lost control of the bus, the AP reported.

The vehicle hit a ravine and drove over rough terrain for more than 700 feet before stopping, investigators told the AP. The driver died and 48 passengers, mostly travelers from overseas, were injured. Silver State Trailways said the driver may have suffered a heart attack. For the full story, click here.
