FTA tells Chicago Transit to change mileage claims

FTA Administrator Peter Rogoff said in a statement that the “FTA has no indication that the CTA used any of the formula funds for anything other than eligible purposes.”

Spurring the order was a recent report from Cause of Action, a Washington, D.C.-based research organization, which suggested the CTA over reported its bus mileage. For the full story, click here.
