RIDGEFIELD, Conn. — RidgefieldPress.com reported that SPHERE, an organization that serves developmentally disabled adults and the town, received a $40,000 grant from the Greater New Haven Transit District for a new 20-passenger bus that can accommodate two wheelchairs.
