Jordan ministry considers electric buses, cars

AMMAN, Jordan — The Ministry of Environment is studying electric cars and buses for use in the public sector fleet to help reduce emissions and cut down on fuel costs, reported The Jordan Times.

The ministry and Onyx International Trade and Investment Company signed a memorandum of understanding to promote the use of electric vehicles in the country. The ministry will work with Onyx on the logistics of including electric cars and buses. To read the full story, click here.
