Okla. committee calls for 3 rail corridors

NORMAN, Okla. — A Regional Transit Dialogue Steering Committee (RTD) study suggests three rail corridors in downtown Oklahoma City, including a link to a $120 million streetcar system, reported The Norman Transcript.

The streetcar system includes an intermodal hub, and RTD is looking to link the hub to Edmond, Norman, Midwest City and Tinker Air Force Base. Stakeholder meetings and public meetings will be scheduled to address each corridor separately. To read the full story, click here.
