FORT WORTH, Texas — The Star-Telegram reported that city leaders, in an effort to prevent more delays in building a proposed TEX Rail commuter rail project, are looking to hire an executive with railroad experience to help run the Fort Worth Transportation Authority.

The move could either mean an early departure or a reduction in responsibilities for agency President Dick Ruddell, who has overseen the transit agency since February, 2003. Ruddell is under contract with the agency through January, 2015. For the full story, click here.
