UNC shuttle starts soon without contract

WILMINGTON, N.C. — The Seahawk reported that Wilmington Shuttle, a division of Cape Fear Limo, plans to start bus transit service to University of North Carolina, Wilmington (UNCW) students this spring. The company will offer rides between downtown and the UNCW area. However, the company does not have a contract with the university yet and has been working to get the required permits.

Officials told the paper that Wilmington Shuttle has not notified the university of the service and they don’t know if the city permits give the company free reign on campus without the university’s approval. For the full story, click here.
