MADISON, Wis. — The Badger-Herald reported that the University of Wisconsin, Madison plans to increase parking rates next semester to ensure future funding of its transportation services. The Associate Director for the University of Wisconsin Transportation Services told the paper that the program has had to tap into its reserves to continue funding its services.
