MCI launches 'ReliaDrive' guarantee
If MCI should fail to meet any of the reliability standards set, the next service will include a free oil change.
Motorcoach operators who bring Motor Coach Industries (MCI) and Setra models into any of MCI’s seven service centers in the U.S. and Canada are guaranteed same-day diagnostics, accurate estimates, repairs that are done right the first time, and a six-month parts and labor warranty under a new MCI service guarantee program. If MCI should fail to meet any of these reliability standards, the next service will include a free oil change.
“We are rededicated to supplying superior, reliable service, and our new ‘ReliaDrive’ service guarantee demonstrates our commitment,” said Patrick McGuire, director, MCI service centers. “Our customers have many choices for coach repairs shops, and when they choose an MCI service center, they are assured the best factory trained technicians, original OEM parts, timely repairs, and now backed up with our ReliaDrive guarantee. We are so confident on our service, should we fail to meet these standards we will give you a free oil change worth $300.”
Under ReliaDrive, the seven MCI Service Centers in the U.S. and Canada guarantee:
Same-day diagnostics: State-of-the art equipment and factory trained technicians to quickly and accurately diagnose coach issues.
Fixed right the first time: Highly skilled factory trained technicians will complete the work correctly.
