YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — The Jambar reported that Youngstown State University (YSU) Parking Services expanded its shuttle service and distributed more parking passes in response to a spike in demand for campus transportation. The additional requests for the passes may be a result of the university’s new transportation fee, which includes a parking permit and unlimited access to expanded shuttle service.
