Prevost expanded their parts facility in Richmond, B.C., Canada and improved shipping efficiency to operators in the region.

Prevost now stocks 4,600 items in the Richmond warehouse, more than $800,000 worth of inventory. The expansion will increase parts availability and shorten the lead time to get parts to their west coast customers.

Parts are now shipped directly from the expanded warehouse. An option for customer pickup is also now available from the Richmond facility. To place an order for customer pickup, customers can order through the main Parts Customer Service Center via phone. Items requested for customer pick-up will then be available at the Richmond warehouse.

Prevost offers 24/7 emergency parts ordering and shipping and 24/7 online parts ordering with a special discount. Prevost parts warehouses use RF barcode technology for quick shipment of parts and offers same-day shipping of stock parts anywhere in the U.S. and Canada for orders received before 2 p.m.
