NEW HAVEN, Conn. — The Yale Daily News reported on a study conducted by nonprofit group, DataHaven, that found shorter commutes increase job availability for New Haven residents.

The study found a connection between transportation opportunities and unemployment rates in different neighborhoods within the city, ranging from 3% in high-income neighborhoods to as high as 20% in low-income neighborhoods. For the full story, click here.
