MANITOBA, Canada — Students at the University of Manitoba joined the University of Winnipeg in approving a new mandatory annual fee of $260 to pay for a new U-Pass program, reported The Manitoban.

Students at the University of Winnipeg and the U of M were required to show majority support for the U-Pass before city council would commit to introducing the program.
