A Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) rail pass helped local detectives find a shooting suspect. The pass showed the suspect boarding a SEPTA trains just minutes after a shooting that he denied being in the neighborhood for. Cops found the pass after questioning the suspect in the hospital, where he was admitted the day after the shooting for kidney problems. The suspect, Anibal Roman, has prior arrests and was charged with attempted murder and other offenses after confessing to the shooting.
