A man was arrested for walking through a New York rail yard carrying several sets of transit keys and wearing a worker's vest and hard hat. According to wire reports, the man, 39-year-old Darius McCollum, has been arrested 20 times for posing as a transit employee. McCollum was arrested after police found him in the rail yard for Long Island Rail Road. Police say he was trying to steal a locomotive and train. He was charged with attempted grand larceny and criminal impersonation.
