The South Florida Regional Transportation Authority (SFRTA) was honored by The National Purchasing Institute with the 2007 “Achievement of Excellence in Procurement” award.
The award is given to organizations obtaining a high score on a rating of standardized criteria designed to measure innovation, professionalism, productivity and leadership attributes in public procurement. The award was presented at the 2007 National Institute of Governmental Purchasing Annual Conference.
The SFRTA has received this award for three consecutive years, and five times altogether.
