Hawaii Senator renews warning on rail funding

HONOLULU — At a recent a workshop on Rail Transit, Sen. Daniel Inouye reminded attendees that federal funding is in jeopardy unless the project moves ahead, Hawaii News Now reports. He added that the $1.55 billion isn't guaranteed. The Office of Environmental Quality Control is currently responding to more than 13,000 public comments. For the full story, click here.
