TALLAHASSEE, Fla.  — Several lawmakers in the State Capitol are reviewing documents that may be cited as evidence in a legal challenge to Gov. Rick Scott's rejection of high-speed rail, WESH.com reports.

Sources told WESH 2 News that the lawsuit could point to the bill authorizing high-speed rail and Sunrail in December 2009 and signed by then-Gov. Charlie Crist and make the claim no governor has the authority to reject portions of that bill. For the full story, click here.
