Honolulu redesigning rail stations to cut project costs

HONOLULU — The Honolulu Authority of Rapid Transportation (HART) will shorten the length of its 21 planned rail stations in an effort to lower the overall cost of the $5.3 billion project, a HART spokesperson told KITV4 News. For the full story, click here.
