D.C. Metro to replace oldest railcars

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (Metro) plans to replace the oldest railcars in its fleet while trying to cover the service on the new Silver Line when it receives its first batches of new vehicles, according to WJLA-TV.
