Las Vegas X Train chooses station contractor

Las Vegas Railway Express Inc. (X Train) the company building a luxury passenger train with planned rail service between Southern California and Las Vegas, selected R&O Construction as the general contractor for the X Train's Las Vegas Station.

R&O Construction is a national general contractor firm. Its work includes achieving LEED Silver, Gold and Platinum certifications for their projects and ongoing work in safety.

R&O Construction's responsibilities for the X Train's Las Vegas Station include assembling a project team, choosing subcontractors, evaluating design for budget and time considerations, providing cost estimates, meetings with subcontractors, creating itemized schedules, monitoring daily subcontractor performance and transitioning from construction to occupancy.
