DALLAS — CBS DFW reported that Dallas Area Rapid Transit, the City of Dallas and Dallas County broke ground near a new scheduled streetcar stop. The line will run for 1.6 miles, from downtown Dallas to the Methodist Central Hospital.

The project is expected to cost $80 million and is supported primarily with federal funds. Phase one is set to open in October of next year, phase two a couple of months later. For the full story, click here.
