Ontario, Canada moves forward with light rail plan

WATERLOO, Ontario — Regional councilors approved issuing a request for proposals to build light rail transit, according to The Record.

The request for proposals is the final step in choosing one of three construction groups for the estimated $536-million contract to build light rail in Kitchener and Waterloo. For the full story, click here.
