Honolulu rail work resumes after one-year hiatus

HONOLULU — KHON2 reported that Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation resumed work on Oahu’s rail project after a one-year hiatus. A 10-mile portion of the rail system is expected to be open in about four years.
